All items are handmade to order. Meaning that it will take about 1-2 weeks for delivery.All custom item are non-refundable . Any collar with initials or name is non-refundable.
Buyers may return new, unused items within 7 days of delivered item for a refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. A return is only valid by requesting a Return Authorization number (RA #) by calling our direct line (805) 405-6406 or emailing us at info@mycharmedpet.com. The return should clearly state a reason for return or exchange.
Buyers should expect to receive a refund minus a 10% restocking fee in a check form within three weeks of package receipt and RA. My Charmed Pet will notify Buyer via e-mail of the refund once the returned item has been received and processed.

Exchanges
My Charmed Pet will replace or exchange any defective merchandise for the same item or similar item. Such policy shall be subject to My Charmed Pet’s review of the applicable defect and shall not apply in cases where the product has not been used as intended or based on the age of the product. Please contact My Charmed Pet in connection with exchanges or replacements for any other reason; such exchanges or replacements shall be within My Charmed Pet’s sole discretion.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at the Returns Department.
Note: Returns that are not the result of My Charmed Pet error will be subject to a return-shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
